All products sold by Lumenaxy are covered by a 1-year quality guarantee, applicable to manufacturing defects or material issues under normal use conditions.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Orders Already in Transit
If the order has already been shipped and the customer changes their mind, a refund may still be issued after the product is returned to us.
